High Pressure Hoses
Our manufacturer has been ISO 9001:2000 certifiedDelta’s high pressure hose assemblies are manufactured according to the highest standards of quality and safety at the highest level of quality that is attainable. That is why intermediate as well as final products are subject to stringent quality checks. Although our high pressure hoses are not subject to any written standards, all our products surpass those qualification standards that apply to the hose industry. In order to guarantee maximum safety, all hose assemblies are pressure tested for failures at 1.5 times the working pressure before delivery. Our manufacturer has been ISO 9001:2000 certified and offers complete documentation and process traceability. Our manufacturer tested Quality Management System guarantees that the raw materials used in production can always be retraced completely to the source of manufacture.
Delta’s high pressure hoses consist of a high quality thermoplastic inner core material such as polyamide, polyoxymethylene or PVDF. Around this inner core up to 8 layers of high tensile carbon or stainless steel wire are spiralized. According to the various fields of application the outer cover consists of proven materials such as polyurethane, various polyamides or PVDF.
With a unique combination of materials, our thermoplastic high pressure hoses have a wide variety of advantages over most common hose types:
